Step 1: Determine which services you want to advertise

It seems obvious, but many marketing companies overlook this step of the process. Many of our customers choose to only advertise for search terms related to their high-margin services, like auto body and glass repair. Some choose to advertise other services, like mechanical work and oil changes. If your auto body shop provides specialized services like car wraps or paint protection, we can make sure those are included as well.

By determining which services you want to advertise for, we can make sure to budget accordingly for each aspect of your business. This will ensure not all of your advertising budget is spent on high volume search terms like “oil change" that provide less revenue.

Step 2: Determine Market Opportunity

We will run a keyword analysis that will help us determine the upper and lower limits of what you should be spending on Google Advertising. This will also help us determine how far away from your Auto Body Shop we should be advertising to—whether that be users searching within 5 miles, 10 miles or more.

Step 3: Set up conversion tracking

We will implement conversion tracking on your website, which will allow us to track actions users take after they click on a Google Ad for your business. Step 4: Launch Campaigns

When everything is set up, we will launch your campaigns and monitor performance closely over the next couple of weeks.

Step 5: Optimize and Improve

Every day, we take a look at the search terms you paid to have ads show up for. We will exclude irrelevant terms so that you are only paying for the best keywords that are working to get real conversions. We may also see terms come in that were not originally included, to broaden your reach and maximize performance.

Step 6: Monthly Reporting

At the end of each month, we deliver a report that shows all the keywords you are paying for, as well as basic metrics like spend. You will also see exactly how many conversions you received for your ad spend, so you know exactly what kind of return you are getting.

Step 7: Repeat and Adjust
